Sokol
This little racer is a work of art. I can't even describe the craftsmanship that went into the Sokol. The wing is hollow molded with a thin layer of balsa and fiberglass then finished with a gelcoat. The plane comes to you completely finished. All you have to do is install your equipment and you are ready to "bank and yank". It really is not that difficult to fly. My challenge was learning how to land. Due to the very clean design, the Sokol retains it's energy quite well. Consequently, you need to give it a chance to bleed off speed before your final approach. Final approach should be low to the deck. A series of slight flares with the elevator will slow it down nice.
