Well...it's a little on the large size!  You can see my complete review of the Mega Manta here on The E Zone.  The Mega Manta was originally designed as a low lift slope glider.  It then evolved into an electric powered thermal duration kit.  When I was offered the opportunity to review this model I contacted the designer to discuss doing the review with a few simple modifications for a higher powered aerobatic version.  Most folks' first thought is to compare it to a Zagi.  Well, they look very similar except for the obvious size difference.  While I have never owned a Zagi, many of our club members own them.  Due to the high gearing, the Manta pitch speed is not fast.  However, the large size makes the Manta look slower in flight than it is really going.  You really get a sense of speed during low passes down the runway.  The biggest difference in their flight characteristics is that the Manta has gobs more thrust in proportion to a Zagi..
